WhatsApp notifications for orders, shipping, and abandoned carts.

1. Connect your GrabnChat account

GrabnChat API key

Find this in GrabnChat under Settings > API Keys. This lets GrabnChat's own security rules (never Shopify's) govern what this app can do to your account.

2. Choose WhatsApp templates

Only APPROVED templates from GrabnChat are listed. Template variables are filled in a fixed order — order number/total for order confirmations, order number/tracking for shipping updates, contact name for abandoned carts.

3. Abandoned cart timing

Send after (minutes of inactivity)

4. Customer sync

Sync Shopify customers into GrabnChat contacts

When off, orders/customers won't create or update GrabnChat contacts, but abandoned-cart and order messages (if templates are set) still send.
